Końskowola and its vicinity boast over 200-year-old tradition of plant nurseries. The origin of this phenomenon is associated with Izabela Czartoryska, who in 1804 brought first gardeners from Italy in order to establish gardens here. One can say that the gardens have survived in various forms until the present day. One of the remnants of the gardens is the area of the Lublin Agricultural Advisory Centre in Końskowola, which meticulously cultivates and develops the splendid traditions started by the Princess.
